What am I?

I have got silky fur as soft as marshmallows on the fire.
My pointy yellow teeth are as razor sharp as a hunting knife!
I am as big as a newborn baby elephant.
My scientific name is Panthera leo.
My habitat is grassy plains and woodlands.
My predators are ugly, scary humans!

What am I?

Creative Creature Report

The Grabadabadoda is a creature you may never see in your life time.  Read on to find out more…

Appearance
The Grabadabadoda has large brown ears with colourful spiked fur around him like a hedgehog.  His eyes are round, yellow and can scare his enemies in just one glimpse.  That is why it’s the scariest, most ferocious animal alive.  He is about five feet tall and has long bony fingers and thumbs.
Diet
This ferocious animal eats fish and other animals guts, but his favourite meal is dragonflies.  He will do anything to eat a dragon fly, even jump over a troll.
Habitat
This creature lives by the Nile river and scuttles a mile every day, but he makes sure he stays by the river to feast on fish and dragonflies.  He can’t climb trees but he can see through things like trees and mountains.

Enemies
This creature is like a big fat bully so he has no enemies.  There is one brave animal that fights and kills the Grabadabadoda every time he comes within 100 metres of him.  The creature is a cross between a wombat and a snake.
Life cycle
The Grabadabadoda has a weird life cycle.  When the lady Grabadabadoda bleeds out of  its mouth, out comes a baby.  It takes about 24hours to come out, so the mother chokes for 24hours!  The mother leaves the children four months after giving birth.  Then the baby, depending on what gender it is, finds a boyfriend to mate with.

I hope you learnt more about the grabadabadoda and you don't meet one in your whole life time.

Camp senses poem

Big, powerful waves crashing down on the golden hot ground.
Dead, smelly rotten fish ripped apart by the rushing currents.
Loud, annoying birds squawking across the bright blue sky.
Relaxed , from the cold breeze brushing past my blonde wavy hair.
Hot chocolate melting on my burning hot tongue.
I can’t wait to go to Rotoma next year.
